This prize draw is managed, controlled and administered by DLG (formerly Data Locator Group Ltd) alone and any correspondence concerning this promotion should be directed at DLG.
This prize draw is NOT open to employees of DLG, or any agency connected with this prize draw or family members of any of these organizations.
You must be over 18 to enter this prize draw and only one entry per household can be accepted. If you have previously registered with Consumer Lifestyles, you cannot enter this prize draw.
By participating in the survey and submitting information, respondents are agreeing to receive marketing offers from Consumer Lifestyles and/or its sponsors/partners.
The closing date for the prize draw is . The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries. Proof of sending email or postcard is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry can not be accepted if all details are not provided.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize draw winners are selected randomly by computer within 7 working days of the survey close date, unless specified otherwise in the individual survey.
Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
The prize is not transferable for cash unless this option is offered as an alternative.
Prizes will be delivered to the address held on the registration page for the prize draw winner unless otherwise requested.
Prizes images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer.
Prizes can only be dispatched on confirmation of receipt of notification from the winner, who will be asked to confirm their postal address.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.
All prizes must be claimed within 45 days unless otherwise stated. Thereafter the prize claim will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another prize draw.
DLG reserves the right to redraw the prize draw winner if contact with the original winner cannot be made.
Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by DLG or any agency connected with the prize draw and as sign all rights necessary for promotion, publication or of such entries to DLG. Winners agree to grant DLG or any agency connected with the prize draw the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
The prize draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales
